Nick Rammer has been working in the field of mental health for 12 years, focusing primarily in juvenile services. Nick comes with a masters in criminal justice, behavior analysis from Saint Joseph's University and has been a board certified behavior analyst since 2018. He currently works with a Northern California school district as a behavior analyst for their autism program.
Billy has worked in the Information Technology
industry for over 14 years with the majority of time spent within Public Safety. He currently is the IT Manager for Consolidated 911 PSAP in California, whom dispatching services to 4 Law Enforcement Departments and 18 Fire Departments. He holds a B.S. in Business Management of Information Systems from DeVry University.
Tony has worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. He currently manages a population based team that focuses on improving chronic conditions in the South Sacramento community. He holds a B.S. in Psychobiology and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
Nana has been working in the field of Education for 20 plus years. She has a B.A. from U.C. San Diego, an M.A. from CSU Sacramento, and has been a Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst since 2009. Nana is a veteran Education Specialist, with multiple credentials, working in both private and public education from Preschool through High School. Her experience varies across diverse populations in a variety of roles that include Special Education Teacher, Inclusive Education Specialist, and Behavior Support Specialist. Nana has also focused much of her career on developing and providing training for other professionals in the field of Education.
Andrew Bettencourt has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Andrew has worked over 5 years as a Behavioral Specialist and 6 years as a Program Director for various non public school for at risk youth. As well Andrew served as a Head Football Coach for a High School in the inner city of Elk Grove. Currently Andrew is a Police officer for the Department of State Hospitals.
Jason served eight years in the US. Navy, and has a B.S in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento. Jason is an active Peace Officer with the Elk Grove Police Department and has been assigned to the Mobile Crisis Support Team for the last two years. Over the years, Jason has developed a passion for serving individuals who suffer from mental, intellectual/developmental, and substance use disorders. It is a personal mission of Jason’s to educate Law Enforcement Officers, community members, and family members of the stigma involved with the above demographic and how we can better de-escalate and serve those individuals.
